1.  This is not therapy.  It is a coaching session.

2.  You will not be given a diagnosis.

3.  You are at least 18 years of age.

4.  You'll receive guidance to help you gain self-awareness and connect to your Spirit.

Every Movie May Be Spiritual

Every day life is filled with spirituality.  It may come from compassion.  It may come from helping another.  It may come from meditation.  It may come from a walk in nature.  But, it also comes from laughter.  Not only is the below movie, Grown Ups, hilarious it has many wonderful messages within it. 

We just need to look.  When we do we will see things much differently than if we just go along on autopilot.  So, consider all the movies you watch....we are willing to bet that if you look, you will be able to find divine spirit and a message somewhere within - it may or may not be obvious.
