Pain

Pain is your body's way of trying to tell you something.  Often times (if not all the time) physical pain is in some way related to emotional wounds.  Listen to your body.  Take time to sit quietly and really listen.  Do not just focus on the pain. 

An example: Let's say your throat is horribly sore or you have laryngitis.  Is there somewhere you feel you are not being heard?  Think on this a bit.  

If you don't get the message through your emotions, your psyche, or other ways your Spirit, the Universe, your soul tries to send you a message, eventually it will work its way out through your body.
